October is breast awareness month.The Breast Care Support Group will be holding the following activities during October 2008: Saturday 11/Sunday 12 October: Bay Street goes pink... for breast health awareness! A weekend of activities at the Bay Street Shopping Complex, including activities for children, singers and entertainment for all ages. A chance to meet members of the group and learn about breast health. --------------------------- Thursday 16 October: The Hilda Schembri Memorial Lecture - "Be breast aware...it can save your life!" at 7:30 at the Hotel Phoenicia, Floriana. Hilda Schembri Memorial Lecture Since October is breast awareness month, the Breast Care Support Group hold a number of activities and this year will be no exception. The Hilda Schembri Memorial Lecture: Thursday 16 October 2008 at 7:30 at the Hotel Phoenicia, Floriana. Hilda Schembri was one of the founding members of the Breast Care Support Group and every year a lecture is held in her memory. The lecture is open to the public and all doctors attending the lecture are awarded C M E points
